This Privacy Notice and all other policies lited, describe the types of personal information we collect concerning our consumers, how we use said information, with whom we share it and the choices available to our consumers regarding our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

We at Brent Miller, along with our subsidiaries and affiliates respect your concerns about privacy. References in this Privacy Notice to “we”, “us”, “our”, “Brent Miller” are references to the entity responsible for the processing of your personal information listed. Which generally is the entity that obtains your personal information. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect concerning our consumers, how we use said information, with whom we share it and the choices available to our consumers regarding our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

Shipping Policy

1. Once you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation email from info@brentmiller.com ensuring your order has been              placed. [please add this email to your contacts to avoid spam]
2. Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with purchase confirmation and delivery information.
3. Once an order has been processed, it will ship out the following day.
4. Orders are shipped out weekdays Monday thru Thursday unless expedited shipping is selected.
5. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday.
6. For security purposes, we require a signature on all deliveries.

Delivery Method:
2-Day Shipping FREE
Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for the preparation and shipment of your order. The shipping (in-transit) time for your order will begin once a tracking number has been generated and will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

*Business days are weekdays (Monday- Friday) only.

International Shipping:
Brent Miller Jewelers does not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes

Holiday Shipping:
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All orders will be processed on the following business day.

In-Store Pickup:
For added convenience, we offer an in store pick-up option on select items. Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout to pick up your item in store. Once your order is received and processed you will receive an email and call notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. Local pickup is usually ready within 4 hours of purchase on orders placed before 2pm but can be made available sooner if you contact our store.  We are only authorized to allow the person who placed the order to collect the item in-store. For security purposes, please present the following when picking up orders in store:

The credit card used to place the order

Your Personal Information

We collect personal information about you through various Channels as described above. The types of personal information we collect include:

contact information (such as name, postal address, email address, and mobile or other telephone number);

username and password; payment information (such as your payment card number, expiration date, authorization number or security code, delivery address, and billing address);

customer service information (such as customer service inquiries, comments, and repair history);

photographs, comments and other content you provide; information regarding your personal or professional interests, date of birth, marital status, demographics, and experiences with our products and contact preferences;

information you submit in connection with a career opportunity at Brent Miller, such as contact details, information in your résumé (including work history, education and language skills) and details about your current employment; purchase and transaction information; contact information you provide about friends or other people you would like us to contact;

location data (such as data derived from your IP address, country and/or zip code) and the precise geolocation of your mobile device where we have provided notice and choice, as appropriate; clickstream data and other information about your online activities (such as information about your devices, browsing actions and usage patterns), including across the Online Channels and third-party websites, that we obtain through the use of cookies, web beacons and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy below); information we may obtain from our third-party service providers; and other personal information we obtain through our Channels.

Exchanges and Returns

Returns and exchanges are permnitted within 30 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition. Without a receipt store credit will be issued. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Layaways

Any jewelry may be put on layaway for up to 3 months with a minimum deposit of 50%. There must be monthly payments made and the item must be paid in full be the end of the layaway period. If a layaway is cancelled, the deposit and any subsequent payments can be used towards the purchase of other merchandise, or as a store credit. There are no cash or credit card refunds.

Special Orders

We regret that special orders and custom-made items are not returnable or exchangeable. All special orders require a 50% deposit. All personalized items require payment in full at the time the order is placed. 

Watch Repairs

All watch cleaning and servicing is guaranteed for 1 year. There is no guarantee regarding moisture, crystals, watchbands or minor repairs. Replacement of watch batteries does not guarantee function.

Returned Checks

A $25.00 fee will be chanrged to you (the customer) if for any reason your check is returned to us from your bank.
