Not only do we have seven very talented Goldsmiths, we also have a very skilled Engraver! Our Engraver uses an engraving machine to engrave items. This machine allows them to be able to engrave on a wide variety of materials, shapes, and objects, as well as the ability to engrave fingerprints, artwork, logos and corporate gifts. From glass trophies and urns to watch case backs and wedding bands, our talented Engraver is here to help you personalize your items!

Our talented Goldsmiths have experience working with a range of metals from gold-filled, a wide range of gold karats, platinum, silver and steel. They have worked on items from the 1800's to items made today. Our Goldsmiths can repair everyday jewelry to belt buckles.

The repair service process is simple.
Step 1: Stop by our store with your item(s) for repair.
Step 2: An experienced Jewelry Professional will inspect your piece(s) and will let you know what work needs done, how much it will cost, and when it will be completed for you.
Step 3: A team member will call you to let you know when your repair is complete so that you can pick it up at your convenience.
