We at Brent Miller, along with our subsidiaries and affiliates respect your concerns about privacy. References in this Privacy Notice to “we”, “us”, “our”, “Brent Miller” are references to the entity responsible for the processing of your personal information listed. Which generally is the entity that obtains your personal information. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect concerning our consumers, how we use said information, with whom we share it and the choices available to our consumers regarding our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

Our Commitment To You
At Brent Miller Jewelers, we take great pride in consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations through exceptional service, a curated selection, and unmatched value. Our commitment is to deliver expert, personalized service while offering the highest quality jewelry available.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. For credit card transactions, the physical card must be presented at the time of return.
The following exclusions apply:
- Personalized, engraved, sized, or altered items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Watches are not eligible for return. However, unworn watches may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for store credit, provided they are returned in original condition with:
- All original paperwork
- The same number of links presented at the time of purchase
- The original box
- The warranty card
- All Rolex watch sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Items purchased by check or with cash over $100 will be refunded via a mailed check issued to the original purchaser. Gift recipients are not eligible for cash or check refunds.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Reservation Policy
Loose diamonds may be placed on reserve while a ring is being produced. Reservations are valid for up to 3 months and require a minimum deposit of 50%. Monthly payments are required, and the diamond must be paid in full by the end of the reservation period.
If the reservation is canceled, the deposit and any payments made will be applied as store credit or may be used toward the purchase of other merchandise. Refunds to the original form of payment are not permitted.
Special Order Policy
All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. Special order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, if returned within 30 days and in unworn and original condition. Refunds to the original form of payment are not permitted.
Custom Order Policy
All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. Nameplate and birthstone jewelry must be paid in full once the design is approved. Custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Watch Service Guarantee
The Brent Miller Watch Service Guarantee ensures the proper function of your timepiece for a period of one year from the date of service. This guarantee excludes watch bands, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to moisture exposure or impact. Please note that battery replacement alone does not guarantee the overall functionality of the timepiece.
Pickup Policy
A receipt is required for the pickup of all repairs, special orders, and custom-made items. If a receipt is not available, a valid driver’s license must be presented for identification verification.

Shipping Policy:
1. Once you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation email from info@brentmiller.com ensuring your order has been placed. [please add this email to your contacts to avoid spam]
2. Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with purchase confirmation and delivery information.
3. Once an order has been processed, it will ship out the following day.
4. Orders are shipped out weekdays Monday thru Thursday unless expedited shipping is selected.
5. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday.
6. For security purposes, we require a signature on all deliveries.
Delivery Method:
Free 2-3 Day Shipping on Orders Over $100
Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for order processing and preparation. Shipping times begin once a tracking number is issues and will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Same Day Delivery: Available within a 15 mile radius of Brent Miller Jewelers. FREE Same Day Local Delivery for orders over $100.

International Shipping:
Brent Miller Jewelers does not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes
Holiday Shipping:
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All orders will be processed on the following business day.
In-Store Pickup:
For added convenience, we offer an in store pick-up option on select items. Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout to pick up your item in store. Once your order is received and processed you will receive an email and call notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. Local pickup is usually ready within 4 hours of purchase on orders placed before 2pm but can be made available sooner if you contact our store. We are only authorized to allow the person who placed the order to collect the item in-store. For security purposes, please present the following when picking up orders in store:
-Your order confirmation email
-A valid photo ID
-The credit card used to place the order
