In-Store Pickup:
For added convenience, we offer an in store pick-up option on select items. Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout to pick up your item in store. Once your order is received and processed you will receive an email and call notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. Local pickup is usually ready within 4 hours of purchase on orders placed before 2pm but can be made available sooner if you contact our store. We are only authorized to allow the person who placed the order to collect the item in-store. For security purposes, please present the following when picking up orders in store:
-Your order confirmation email
-A valid photo ID
-The credit card used to place the order

Return or Refund policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. For credit card transactions, the physical card must be presented at the time of return.
The following exclusions apply:
Personalized, engraved, sized, or altered items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
All pre-owned watches (including Rolex Certified Pre-Owned) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Rolex watches may only be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
All Watches must be in their original condition and include the following:
-All original paperwork
-All links presented at the time of purchase
-The original box
-The warranty card
Purchases made by cash or check over $100 will be refunded by mailed check issued to the original purchaser. Gift recipients are not eligible for cash or check refunds.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Reservation Policy
Loose diamonds may be placed on reserve and are valid for up to 3 months. Reservations require a minimum deposit of 50% and must be paid in full by the end of the reservation period. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit and any payments made will be applied as store credit and used toward the purchase of other merchandise. Refunds to the original form of payment are not permitted.
Special Order Policy
All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. Special order items are only eligible for exchange or store credit if returned within 30 days and in unworn and original condition. Refunds to the original form of payment are not permitted.
Custom Order Policy
All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. Nameplate and birthstone jewelry must be paid in full once the design is approved. Custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Watch Service Guarantee
The Brent Miller Watch Service Guarantee ensures the proper function of your timepiece for a period of one year from the date of a full service. This guarantee excludes watch bands, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to moisture exposure or impact. Please note that battery replacement alone does not guarantee the overall functionality of the timepiece.
